Orders from Woo Commerce not sent

  • I have successfully used the wizard to configure the plugin.
    I can send a test mail successfully

    When a customer does a registration or sends a message all works well

    BUT

    When an order is received through woo commence, under status I am getting “No body specified” and no mail is being received from WordPress.

    Please can you try help me fix this

    Sorry you’re having trouble. Unfortunately, generating content is not Postman’s responsibility. You probably have a plugin or theme interfering with the order email from Woocommerce. On its own Woocommerce works fine.

    Any luck on this Keithkzn as I am having the same issue and haven’t been able to figure it out?

    Yes , the problem lies with multipart

    Under settings in Woo Commerce, go to Emails – you will have a drop down tag that allows you to check either Multipart, HTML or plain text. I changed the default from Multipart to HTML and it is working fine now.
