Orders going direct to completed

Hi All,

I am having an issue with my subscription renewal orders going straight from pending payment to completed. I am having this issue only with subscription orders on Mix & Match products on my clients site.

We have been running this setup for 2 years now and have only had the odd bug but nothing quite like this:
