Did you find any errors under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs?

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

You can clear the site cache, temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except WooCommerce, then you can reactivate them one by one until the cause of the issue is found.
