Orders missed on import

    Using Order Export and Import plugin to transfer orders made on the live white while we worked on the new site. Exported the orders, but only a few have been imported. Granted the existing orders have been skipped, thankfully, but it only imported 7 where there should be over 20. Can you help pinpoint why and do I need the pro version?

    Hi @bloohair,

    Please check the import log file(WebToffee import export>Logs) so that you can know why some orders were skipped from the import. If you are still unable to overcome the issue after checking the log then please share the import log.
