    Hello,
    I exported WooCommerce data from our old site with your plugin and in the .csv file I can see all the orders but when I import them on the new site there are quite a few missing. I checked whether there are any extra blanks or anything the like in the .csv file with the exports but could not find anything. It is also not one specific date that orders are missing from but almost from every day there is one or two orders missing. Could you please check this issue and get back to me?

    Hi @anaisjs,

    Please tell us whether you are receiving any error messages on the importing screen. If yes, then please share the screenshot of your import screen. Also please share your importing file and the import log(Woocommerce>status>logs>order-csv-import). You may please share it with us by uploading to Google Drive or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.

    Hi @anaisjs,

    We tried importing your file to our test site and all the 829 orders were imported successfully from the file. The issue you are facing might be because of ID conflict. You can overcome the ID conflict issue by unmapping or deleting the Order ID column.
    If the issue still perists please share your import log file(Woocommerce>status>logs>order-csv-import) via support.
