Orders not completing due to error

    We are getting errors as outlined here on orders and it doesn’t happen to all orders but when it does then customer never gets completed order with shipping information. Do you know why this is happening?

    Also orders are showing description in email subject line as well as under header above order table which we don’t want? Not in email subject?

    Hi @mark3738,

    We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue. Please deactivate all other plugins temporally, keep the AST and WC active, see if the issue is resolved, then activate all the other plugins one-by-one and try again after each time you activate a plugin until you find the plugin that creates the conflict.
