Orders Not Importing

    I am having an issue where I can not get any orders from Ebay when they happen. It just won’t sync and continues to give the error:

    Error:?(#90001)
    XML error on line 8 col 1531 byte 2129 Mismatched tag

    How do I fix this?

    Thanks for contacting support today.

    In my experience, those mismatched tag errors have always been a temporary error from eBay.

    Could you please try again in 24 hours?

    Ok, they have seem to of gone away, but it still won’t show the order I received in eBay from the other day. It still says I have no orders. Why would this be the case?

    Hello again.

    Out of the box WP-Lister checks for orders over the last 24 hours.

    Please browse to the orders page of WP-Lister, scroll to the bottom and click the “Options” button, select how far back you want to check for orders and click the “update orders” button.
