Recently orders are no longer marked as payed and stay on “waiting for payment” after a successful payment on Mollie.com. I see this in multiple websites. All these websites have the latest versions of WooCommerce, Mollie and WordPress.

Is this an issue with the plugin?

  • I have this very same problem on a website I manage.
Do you have any approach to this?

    Hello @jpgsoluc @neiltomlow

It depends on what kind of product it is. Please have a look here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/ If a product needs to be shipped WooCommerce requires an action by the show owner.

** SOLVED: Nevermind, turns out the htaccess password protection caused this problem

I have the same problem. Even after a succesfull payment, the order status does not change to paid. This shouldn’t require a manual action.

On another install, with an older version of WooCommerce it all works perfectly. So it’s definitely a bug on the newer versions.
