orders not showing up when customer creates account after the fact

Hello!
I have a customer who successfully placed an order for a downloadable product. She did not create her account at the time of checkout, instead checking out as a guest. A few days later, she created an account using the same email address as her original order. Her original order isn’t showing up in her downloads. It is possible to make this happen after the fact?
