Orders not syncing

    Hi,

    Tried 3 times now.

    Everything fine but no orders are being synced.

    I have php7 and mysql 5.6 so not sure why.

    I have tried a test order but that is not being picked up in my mailchimp account.

    Although i have a free account at the moment, i cannot see me upgrading to a paid account if i cannot get this working.

    Hopefully it will get sorted soon.

    I just checked the logs again and nothing extra

    I never get emailed that you have answered, although i have got the notify box ticked, but i will make a point of checking this post daily, but if no updates occur reasonably soon, I will have to go elsewhere

    Although i am on the free Mailchimp account at the moment, obviously the idea is to build the business and get to a point where i am paying for your services, which i won’t mind as i will be earning ??

    So, at the moment, my orders do not get updated (obviously), so no order emails can be sent (yours are nicer that woocommerce :-), the popup doesn’t work, and the Cart abandonment doesn’t work, so unless i CAN get this all to work, then i will not become a paying client, which is why i cannot understand that this problem seems to have been going on for a long time.

    I did disconnect our site from within Mailchimp yesterday to see if that would ‘reboot’ everything, but sadly no.

    How many more potential customers have gone somewhere else because of the problem?

    I totally get where you are coming from and what you are saying. I went ahead and submitted all the information needed for the developers to have a closer look.

    Here in forum support, I’m here to help as much as possible, but wouldn’t have access to user MailChimp accounts.??That being said, I wouldn’t be able to speak on behalf of MailChimp in regards to the question surrounding potential customers.??I’m always happy to pass your feedback over to the team.
