Since May 3rd, no orders are showing up in the Sales Performance report in Google Analytics.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Amit,

We’ll definitely help you troubleshoot this issue; for that, we request you to share the following access with us:

    • Your Store URL (where you’ve installed our plugin)
    • View level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com

    Hello
    The Store URL is https://www.tacknrider.com

I have provided your View level access.
I have checked all my settings under Woocommerce Settings->Integration->Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics.

Also, I tried to check Real Time. I noticed that none of the Enhanced Ecommerce events are being reported to GA.

    Hello
Any updates on this? I have disabled my special filters for the Transaction ID. It still does not show any orders under Sales Performance.
I even checked my other views, one of which is completely unfiltered. No orders there either.
I did verify that Enhanced Ecommerce event tracking is working fine.
    Thanks

    Hi Amit,

We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account & found that our plugin is working well on your store up to “Checkout” page”. However, we are unable to test “Thank you” page due to payment methods.

We request you to share following details/access with us:

    • Thank you” page URL of your store after redirected from payment gateways.
    • Access of the “Unfiltered view” of your analytics account which you mentioned in your previous response at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com

    Hope to hear you soon!

    Thanks & Regards!

    Hello
I have granted you access to the “unfiltered” view.

Also, the URL for the Thank you page is:
    https://www.tacknrider.com/checkout/order-received/

    Hi Amit,

    Thank you for sharing access!

We did a quick look of your store again as well your analytics account & found the following outcomes:

    • Today we found the “jQuery is not defined” error on each page of your store which was not present earlier & it’s hindered the functionality of our plugin (screenshot).
    • Our plugin will only track the transaction data when users land on the “Thank you” page of your store which must have the standard Woocommerce “thank you” page URL & it can be analyzed via pageviews count in your analytics account.
The Standard “thank you” page URL should be like this: https://www.tacknrider.com/checkout/order-received/12345/?key=wc_order_5919a0f730bac
    • We analyze the data for last 9 days (15th to 23rd May) in both the views of your analytics account & found that there are no “pageview” recorded for “thank you” page of your store (screenshot).
    • Which conclude that no users are landed on the “Thank you” page with the standard “Thank you” page URL as above or our plugin has not detected it as a standard “Thank you” page.

    Next step:

    • Resolve the error.
    • Re-verify that all the users have redirected to the standard “thank you” page after successful purchase.

    Hope this Helps!

    Thanks & Regards!

I have tried to resolve the error “jQuery not defined”. Let us see if that resolves it.

Thank you for looking into it!

Thank you for your help. It was not the plugin at fault. It was a jQuery error that prevented the code from executing on the Thank You page.
Is there any way to import the historical data that was not captured during this week?

    Hi Amit,

    Thank you for the confirmation!

Currently, there is no way in google analytics to import that historical data which is not captured.

    Hope this Helps!

    Thanks & Regards!
