Orders ok in db but not in wp-admin

Whilst my woocommerce -> orders -> All (##) tab says I have 711 orders (which is correct), and my tables says I have that amount of orders, only 18 random orders are displayed.

I understand you are only seeing 18 orders in WP Admin whereas the total order count reads 711 and that is the number you are seeing in the database. Is it always the same 18 orders or are they different every time you reload the page?

Just to confirm, the 711 rows you are seeing in the _posts database table, do they all have a post type of shop_order?

Additionally, could you please share your current System Status Report with us? You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Hi again:

I have create a local site with an old backup (sept 1st) and orders were ok then (woocommerce 5.5.2).

Then, I have updated everything in that old backup, and orders are still in place.

Seems that something went wrong during database update. Is there any way to revert that without loosing my last two weeks work? Loading a backup seems to fix my DB, but I have work dozens of hours since then…

I can see that you have 774 shop_order posts which mean that the orders are still in the database. Now, let’s try to bring them back to your WordPress dashboard.

Can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database > Click – Update (Button on right) —after taking a full backup of your website and database—
