Orders page in dashboard not listing any orders

Using latest version of this plugin on a site hosted at WPEngine. Here is my shortcode:
[wp_paypal button=”buynow” name=”Consulting” amount=”2.00″ discount_rate=”50″ return=”https://example.com/” ]Everything seems to be working except that the order does not appear in the Orders Page in the dashboard.
The log.txt file is empty
Any help would be appreciated.
