    Hi,

    You can make a booking on our site (WooCommerce Bookings). You then have to pay via Mollie Ideal. Most orders will have the status Complete, but a few are on hold.
    Why is that?

    I do see that there are more lines next to the notes:

    Mollie – iDEAL payment _order_status_partially_refunded via Mollie (xxxxxxxxx). You will need to manually review the payment (and adjust product stocks if you use it). Order status changed from Completed to On Hold.

    Hi @andrerosing,

    We are currently investigating a behavior that leads to orders being set to “On-Hold” after a partial refund.
    We aim to address this with our next update, but I will get back to you when I know more about it.

    Hi @niklasinpsyde

    We have taken another look and it is correct. With the relevant orders, there has been a refund of the deposit. It would be better if the status would be ‘partial refund’, for example. But it works well and is therefore not a mistake.

    Hi @andrerosing,

    Yes, we are currently investigating what alternative behavior would be better suited for most cases as we have a few scenarios for which it can cause some inconvenience.
    I can’t tell yet what exactly will change, but since this is something we are internally discussing and aim to include with our next release, I am going to mark this thread resolved for now.
