    Hi,

    We received two orders without shipping, the shipping fee wasn’t added at all at checkout. Now when I try to reproduce the order with the same products, shipping is calculated correctly?

    Do you know what’s wrong?

    thank you for your message. From your description, it seems like there was some problem with the order process. Woocommerce should not allow for the order without choosing a shipping method if the product is not virtual. If this kind of order exists – probably there is some problem with Woocommerce or other plugins. Flexible Shipping provides only the functionality of showing the correct shipping method and it does not validate the order process.
