    Hi, I have a couple of orders that show on hold. Think, customer, trying to pay direct to the bank. How do I check if the payment has gone through or not? As nothing came in the bank yet.

    Am I missing any settings? As seems like I added bank details

    This is what it shows at the top order

    Payment via Direct bank transfer

    This is the message showing under order note

    Awaiting BACS payment Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.

    2nd order says this

    Awaiting BACS payment Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.

    Please advice

    How do I check if the payment has gone through or not?

    Please note that by default, the Direct Bank Transfer a.k.a. BACS, is a gateway that require no payment to be made online.

    The orders are automatically set to On Hold until payment clears outside of WooCommerce.
