Orders start number

Hello,
Recently I created a new ecommerce web-site but found that new orders are started from random numbers and they are too big (that is a small store where orders should start max from 100 but not from 5000 or 6000.
Do you have any filter/hook/option where could be set started number of orders ?
Example: https://prnt.sc/pgDdobQqnfyS (as you see order’s numbers are too big and they are unlogical for small ecommerce shop)
I’ve found an article where described how to change started number -> https://www.websitebuilderinsider.com/how-do-i-change-the-starting-order-number-in-woocommerce/ but I didn’t find such options in WooCommerce settings panel, maybe it was removed ?!
Kindly help please, without resending me somewhere else like on github support etc. because this question is very logical to be asked here.
