Hi, the following explains your current situation. This is quoted by one of the developers.

A trash order means the user didn’t complete the transaction. It may have happened due to one of the following reasons:

    1) The user went to the PayPal payment page but didn’t make the payment.
    2) The user made the payment but the plugin didn’t receive notification from PayPal

Do you see a new transaction in your PayPal account which is in a pending state under “Cart Orders”? If not then the payment didn’t even go through.

    Hi mbrsolution,

    I saw this quote.

As I said, the payment goes through. I do see the transaction in my receiving account. I’m not sure about the “Pending” state, it seems to be totally accepted and there is nowhere saying “Cart Orders”.

As for the second point, I enabled the IPN. Why else it might not receive the notification from PayPal?

    Thanks.

Hi, can you enable Debug Mode and then carry out a transaction test? After you have completed the transaction can you check the log file.

Or if you can’t, can you check the log file after someone has completed a transaction. Report back with the results of the log file.

    Thank you
