Hello,

We’ve recently run into an issue with the new update where all orders being paid for via stripe are stuck in Pending Payment. I’ve confirmed the Webhook is correct and appears to be configured correctly using the setup page.

I’ve also confirmed that payment info is being passed correctly to Stripe.

When looking at the log, these are the entries that correspond to the most recent test purchase:

Does this happen with a certain payment method, like GiroPay, etc.?

Could you also attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Thanks for sharing your site’s system status reports. After checking it, everything seems normal to me.

However, the log message you shared suggests that there might be an issue with the redirect process after the payment is made. Can you check if there is any server-side caching active on your site? These can sometimes interfere with the redirect process. If there are, try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

In addition, it would be great if you could carry out a conflict test. We have a comprehensive guide here to help you through it.

If none of the above works, please contact Stripe support. The log message “Could not find order via charge ID” might indicate an issue on Stripe’s end.
