• Our orders have been stuck on pending payments since April. We thought we weren’t getting any orders but there are 60+ pending payments. Is PayPal not communicating with the website? We are using 3.0.6

  • You can check your PayPal log on your Woo (if you have it enabled)

    If not, you can check your PayPal account and see if the IPN notifications are hitting your website.

    If the customer doesn’t return form PayPal after purchase, your website relies on PayPal to tell it if the order has been paid for.
