    When i save an order in the bizswoop POS terminal it doesn’t automatically print although the settings are set up to print automatically on order save. The printer still prints tickets manually.

    Thanks for flagging the issue. We are tracking a bug with the save function of the POS triggering the print job. We will have a point release fix for this issue in our upcoming release. I’ll leave the support forum post active until we push the fix live.

    We’re trying to land the fix within the next 2 weeks, if not earlier. The fix was not ready for our release already planned today 4.0.10. The fix will be included in the next release and we are working to prioritize the QA and release cycle to get this compatibility with the POS save function fixed.

    We’ll leave this post open until the fix is released.

    In our latest release, version 4.0.12 we have resolved the POS Save functionality.

    A quick note, for the POS Save feature, you will need to select a User for mapping the print jobs to the proper location, as shown in this quick screenshot: https://ibb.co/6g5p6H4
