Ordes status problem

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like your orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) are auto-canceling too soon, which isn’t what we want. Typically, WooCommerce core features doesn’t include a setting that automatically cancels COD orders after a short time. This behavior is likely caused by something else.

Here’s what to consider:

1. Email Settings: Ensure the Order Cancelled email is not triggering any status changes inadvertently.
2. Plugins for Order Management: Look into any plugins that handle inventory management, order workflows, or order status changes. Some plugins might automatically cancel unpaid orders to free up inventory.
3. Security Plugins: Sometimes, security plugins mistakenly see a COD order as “unfulfilled” or potentially fraudulent and may auto-cancel them.
4. Custom Code: Custom code snippets added to your site, especially those related to order statuses or payment methods, could be affecting the COD orders.

If you’re unsure, we can take a closer look on the plugins you have installed that might pinpoint the issue. In this case, can you please share a copy of your site’s system status report which can be found by navigating to WooCommerce → Status, then selecting “Get system report” and clicking “Copy for Support.” This will help us check take a closer look at your setup.

Thank you, we didn’t change any plugins or code snippets ont he website, but I checked all of the 4 issues and I didnt find any reason fo rthe problem.

Thanks for sharing the SSR. I’m seeing the following plugin currently active on the site:

WooCommerce advanced cash on delivery with fee/surcharge: írta idnovate.com – 1.3.7

Since the issue relates to COD orders, to determine if the issue is being caused by this plugin, can you try temporarily deactivating the WooCommerce advanced cash on delivery with fee/surcharge plugin and using the built-in Cash On Delivery option, create a test order and see if this resolves the issue?

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, this might be related to the?Hold stock?setting on your site which is located via the WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory tab. By default, it is set to?60 minutes. You can leave the option blank to disable and see if this makes any difference:
