.org vs .com

I tried using a .wordpress.com site for a while wow it was eas. So i bit the bullet and got a domain name and hosted it and began using www.ads-software.com on my own.

What a pain in the neck! Nothing works as easy as in the .com version. Can’t get the plugins/widgets to work can’t add anything to the design.

I must be doing something wrong any tips for me? I’m trying to get a three col layout to work
