Organic purchases missing (Ads purchases visable) in GA4

  • In March I see 2 conversions via Google Ads (new webshop). Universal Analytics shows a new (organic) conversion on April 18 (not via Google Ads), but I don’t see it in GA4. In GTM I see all events and GA4 also collects data. Help, what am I overlooking? (I updatet WP Core end of March).

    Nothing so far. In debugview the order is also visible.

    I tested the plugin on my dev website, and the organic purchase are coming into GA4. The setup of the plugin are exactly the same.. I cannot say where is the bug on my live website.

    How did you configure ga4 for your dev site? Is that also the same (including filters etc.)? I hope you did something different here which may explain the bug ??

    Same configuration, there is just no Ads script on my dev website, that’s it.

    On my dev website : – Just a GTM tag. In this GTM account, I have my GA4 tag, and the configuration followed in the GTM4WP tutorial.

    On my live website : – I have an Ads tag and a GTM tag. In this GTM account, I have my GA4 tag, the configuration GTM4WP, an old UA tag (because I still use UA for some data), a conversion linker, and the tag for Ads conversion.

    I was hoping for a plugin update with a fix for this, but since you don’t experience the issue on your dev, I doubt if this is an issue regarding the plugin. For some reason, perhaps the ads conversion tag is blocking the organic conversions? Do you happen to have a multisite installation?

    I made a 1€ purchase test on my live website yesterday, the conversion is in my GA4 dashboard today… But we received others orders yesterday that are not in the GA4 dashboard.. I’m definitively lost

    Same issue with me. Test purchase shows up in GA4, but no other purchases.

    I’m still investigating but it seems orders from another country are not registrered (orders from Belgium in my case). Does this make sense to you guys?
