[Organique theme, ProteusThemes] Where to add CSS code?

  • I’m trying to help someone with styling their text and I’m wondering if anyone knows where I can add CSS code within this theme? I tried adding it in the in Shortcodes > Custom CSS tab and that didn’t work, then I added my CSS code in Appearance > Theme Options and that didn’t work. Thanks

    generally speaking, no matter what theme you are using the best way to add custom CSS code is through the style.css file which can be reached by going to appearance>editor.

    It’s a good practice before doing that to create a child theme, or you would lose all your customizations at the next theme update.

    Create a child theme by using this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/orbisius-child-theme-creator/ which greately simplifies and speed up the whole process, and then activate the child theme, and make any customization there.
