On the profile page under users, every time I click the “Browse library” or “Upload Image” nothing happens. I’m trying to upload the organization logo but every time I click it just brings me up to the top of the page. How can I add my org logo here?

  • Hello!

WordPress doesn’t have a “Browse Library” or “Upload Image” button in the Users – Profile area by default, therefore it must be an option implemented by your theme or a plugin.

So you have to check with the Themify developers or any plugin that you might use for that feature.

If you’re looking to add a logo for your entire website, then you have to do this – https://themify.me/docs/ultra-documentation#site-logo

Hi — this isn’t part of the theme I’m using. This is in the wordpress dashboard > users > profile. See snapshot.

Please note I’m not talking about the site logo. I’m talking about the publisher logo.

I’m also using the Yoast SEO plugin

Yes, it’s part of the Users > Profile, but it’s not part of the default WordPress installation. It’s implemented there either by the theme or a plugin, like the Yoast plugin implemented some of its settings there as well.

If you say that it’s not a theme feature, then it must be a plugin that offers a rich snippets feature, and that plugin might not work properly or it gets in a conflict with other plugins or the theme.

To find out if it gets in a conflict with other plugins, you have to deactivate all of your plugins (except that one). If the issue goes away, then you have to reactivate them and start deactivating them again, but one by one now, to see which one causes this.

Create a backup before doing so.

I figured this out. It’s an issue with the theme i’m using.

Hello! I see you too had an upload error. However it is different than the one i am experiencing, maybe you can shead some light on mine. ??

I am having trouble uploading files to my form and submitting them (I am a PRO version subscriber). I can upload the form no problem when I have no uploads or documents attached. I recently switched servers (migrated the website and all) with my hosting provider (GoDaddy) so their is the potential that this is related to the problem. Furthermore, I am having trouble searching the forum to find a related problem/solution to my issue. Any advice will be appreciated.

p.s. when I upload a file I can view the file path on the smart form. It says “C:\fakepath\” followed by the filename that I am trying to upload.

    Thanks,
