Organize categories

I have a new site I’ve developed with Voyage theme. I’d like to be able to set an order for my Categories.

I have the Categories option set up in Blog Widget Area 1.
I’d like to be sure I have the first 6 categories defined, and then other categories can be listed alphabetically after that.

In another theme, there is an option to number the category order.
Can we do that with this theme, somehow, somewhere?
