Organize category in main menu

Hello,

I have problem with organizing main menu in woocomerce.
Our products are mostly tableware and organized in category like Bowls, Mugs, Plates and etc. Also every product is included in Collection category like flowers, animals, Other motives and etc.

What I need is basically 2 buttons – Collection and Products.
At the moment Collection is leading to domain.com/shop where are listed all categories.
The other button is a drop down for all product types category.
Everything is working as execpted in this configuration except that the Collection button is leading to page /shop where are listed all categories in the website.

I want to list there only our collections not the product types. I dont want to make it drop down – just a link to /shop where our collection categories are shown with picture.
As far as I investigated already there is no such possibilities to hide category from this /shop URL which seems a bit strange. It looks like a quite easy operation but…

However how can I re-organize these stuff in order to have drop down with product types and other button where I can list only needed Collection categories ?
