Organize Posts on main categories pages by TITLE

I would like to click on the main pages (which are set up as categories) VERBORREA, AMOR&MUJERES, SOCIEDAD…. etc. and these would take me to the corresponding category page, (e.g VERBORREA) and instead of showing ALL posts within that category, I would like to only see the titles for each post. This way the visitor does not have to scroll all the way down to find the post they are looking for…. So basically, they click on a CATEGORY, then view the titles of all the posts, and then click to read that specific post.

I am using SIRUP THEME.
