organizer page- change title and content text

    hi. id like to change the title name of organizer to organiser as am in england and english folk are particular when it comes to these such things.

    will this be too much agro or a quick proceedure?

    thanks.

    also. id like to write some blurb before the list of organisers. is there a content field anywhere i can fill in for this. thanks again.
