Organizers Event Dashboard : events menus disappear

Hi all!
I have WPEM on a client’s website.

She warned me about the following issue :
– so far in the Organizers’ Dashboard organizers could see a list of their events and there were small blue icons that enabled to Edit, Duplicate, Delete, etc the events. On EXPIRED events this menu doesn’t show anymore.

This is a major issue, as a lot of her customers can’t re-publish events.
Do you know how I can fix this?

EDIT : Message for the developers => actually the action “Publish again” is here but can’t be seen because there is no icon showing (inspector shows content: “”)
