• Driving me totally insane…

Can someone help me figure out how to organize attributes if there are multiple pages of attributes.

With “custom ordering” I understand the ability to drag your attributes around, but if I want to move one from page 1 to page 2 there doesn’t seem to be an option.

Please help me figure this out, thanks community!!

  • Terms? Screen Options, & set number of items per page to the number of terms.

What do you mean by “Terms”? And do you know a way to set number of items per page for Woocommerce attributes? I cant seems to find a place to do that. If I could do this then I could order the way I would like it!

Well if I was selling T-shirts, then the attributes might be say colour, size, motif. You would order these attributes by drag and drop in the Attributes tab on the product edit page. There wouldn’t be that many? I’ve not seen more that say 4 at the most for one product.

If you’ve got dozens of attributes at Dashboard > Attributes, then I can’t see a way of sorting those.

Terms for T-shirts could be small, medium, large / red, white, blue / motif x many. Custom ordering relates to terms not attributes. There can be lots of these. Terms you can order by drag and drop. If there are too many to fit on the default page of 20, drag and drop doesn’t work, and would you need to increase the number of terms per page in Screen Options so all the terms fit on one page.

Where is the terms per page? I don’t see Screen Options anywhere in the admin? That is what I need to do! Thanks

Dashboard > Products > Attributes > find your attribute and click the gear icon on the right . The gear icon is for “configure terms”. This takes you to the terms page for that attribute. Screen Options should now be available in the top right hand corner. Click it and set the items per page to a large number.

Wow.. There is a zero percent chance I would have found that without your help. Thank you!!
