  • I am not sure I understand the logic of making months categories… Could you, please, explain?

this site is a bit different but i’m still doing it wrong in comparison to my other blog sites…you can find those under blogroll.

i think i may have to re-name those category and archive titles…but instead of doing that actually…i want an rss feed so that it updates the pages automatically and under categories it should show the top 5 most recent feeds posted. no? gosh i’m so lost with this….

i’m having a problem with organizing between my archives and categories and now the rss feeds.

i need to subscribe to a rss feed so that it would populate my blog page on a daily basis. as it is right now…i’m actually searching for a car review let’s say about the 2007 escalade and i right click on the rss button and i add that to my rss reader.

from there i copy and i paste it into my wordpress under write/write post and i publish it. but that’s doing it manually.

aren’t i suppose to right click on that rss or xml button and copy the source code? after that i don’t know what to do anymore. where do i paste that?

i went to https://www.motortrend.com/rss/nonstandard_rss.xml and copied and pasted it onto wordpad and saved the rss file as a word doc. then i went to wordpress and under Import – RSS – Import posts from an RSS feed…i imported that rss file and it populated my page…

am i doing this correctly? does that mean that tomorrow or whenever, the feeds are going to be updated automatically? we don’t want to ‘write’ posts we want the rss feed to do the work for us…am i doing this right?

also..the links to the articles in my blog 2007escalade.net/escalade/ is not going to the actual page. it goes to another page within my blog for comments.

    can someone please help me?

    thanks

    Sorry, but I can’t follow you…
In 3 posts you still didn’t succeed to give an answer to my simple question.
