Origin of the erroneous orders

  • Greetings, I need your help because I was updating woocommerce to the latest version and the origins where orders come from are damaged, all tell me unknown and for marketing purposes, I need to know the source of the orders, can you help me please, I had to return to Version 8.8.4 to see if it was solved and nothing.

    I understand you need help with locating the origin of your orders.

    Have you tried reverting to the 8.8.4 version and checking the same? If you haven’t please try the same on a staging site such that the live site is not affected by any changes.
