Original File disappears

  • Hey there,

    just a short question corresponding to the original file – is it possible to keep
    the original file in the media library too ? Right now, it disappears from media
    library, while the file stays available via FTP.

  • Hi @nikoaltmann

    It deletes the original media that was uploaded after transcoding it successfully. The process is like this: Unsupported media uploaded→ Site sends it to the Transcoder Processing server→ File gets Transcoded and send back to the site again. So, you have only Transcoded file/media in the Media library.
