    Hi there,

I have been making some cleaning on my WP databases and I have found some tables which “appear” to be orphan, I know your plugin went through some mayor update recently and I want to make sure whether those are really orphan or not. These are the tables that appear as orphan:

    wpseo-gsc-issues-web-not_found
    wpseo-gsc-issues-smartphone_only-not_found
    wpseo-gsc-issues-web-not_followed
    wpseo-gsc-issues-web-access_denied
    wpseo-gsc-issues-web-server_error
    wpseo-gsc-issues-web-soft_404

    Please let me know.
    Thank you.

  • Hi Eli,

Thanks for raising this issue. We can confirm that any fields or tables with wpseo-gsc are part of the retired Google Search integration feature that we deprecated in the Yoast SEO 12.5 version. They are safe to remove from the database.

As always, we recommend making a backup of your database or testing on a staging site whenever you make manual changes.
