orphaned posts issues after SEO optimization

Hi,

I am using Yoast Premium and have an issue when running Tools -> SEO optimization, then all the posts are being added as orphaned.

The posts are assigned to a category and there are archive pages where those posts are being displayed which lead to a single post template.

I did went over the forums and attempted at using ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations‘, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation‘, and ‘Reset Internal link counter‘, however without any success, so any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated…
