OT question about spam

Hi,

recently I started receiving spam mails with multiple attachments (usually pictures) of quite considerable (for spam) size. They average at around 100 kb, which is quite a bore when they arrive on several accounts at the same time.

Anyone else been getting those? My spamfilter doesn’t catch them and I can’t think of a good rule to bust them, the texts usually are absolute nonsense.
