I see you are using the OpenLayers mapping engine on your site. For OpenLayers we have a few map theme options available.
The first one is to use a custom tile server, which you can take a look at under Maps > Settings > General Settings > Tile Server URL. Here you will find a few tile server options. In the list, items marked without an asterisk (*) should be available without a key from that tile server provider.
Simply swap to one of these, save the settings and load your map page to see if you like the design.
As an alternative, we also recently added the ability to customize the existing tile server using filters. These are available within your map editor under Maps > Edit (your map) > Settings > Themes > Presets. You can apply one of our pre-created themes there, or use the Editor (instead of Presets) to create your own.

OpenLayers serves its tiles as images which are prepared before they are loaded, meaning that you cannot style individual parts of the map. However, another alternative would be to use the Google Maps engine instead, which allows you to target each part of the map independently.
