• Hi,
    In “Settings”, whatever I enter in the “Other Field” field doesn’t get saved or updated. Instead the page consistently displays ‘Other’ and NOT the new word I entered and saved.
    I had to check “Disable other field ” for now.
    Do you have any idea?

    @oh_franck maybe you have a plugin/theme conflict? if yo have a test site, you can try disabling plugins one by one and also try switching to a basic theme to see if it works or not.

    @wooassist I did that but the problem is still there. I must say that I use it in another language. I use loco translate but I can’t find any entry for “Other” in the PO file.
    For now I edited “wc-customer-source.php” and it works (until the next update). But it’s good enough for me.

    @oh_franck thanks for the update

    I have the same issue.
    The value entered in “Other field label” is ignored, the field label is still “Other”.
    @oh_franck thanks for the “wc-customer-source.php” workaround.
    FWIW I edited both lines 210 & 244 and it works.
    Looking forward to the next upgrade with this fix.

    I have the same problem. Whatever I put in the label field for Other, it doesn’t help. At any time “Other” is shown. This should not happen because there are 2 settings which should override it.

    1. The label is set on the Settings page. This is not reflected on the production website
    2. The translation file is set correctly as well. I know that the translation file is used correctly, because everything else of this plugin is translated correctly. This is the entry:

    #: wc-customer-source.php:261 wc-customer-source.php:295
    msgid “Other”
    msgstr “Anders”

    Still goes wrong somewhere…
