Other People Can’t Login

Hello,

One of the contributors to our site has had difficulties logging in at all. She can’t even pull up the login page. When she types the web address in, she gets a “the page you are looking for is no longer here, or never existed in the first place. . .”. I am able to log in to her account from Safari and Chrome with from my laptop with ease. I told her to clear her cache and she said that did not help. Thank you.
