Other plugins can’t read totals

    Hi,
    I got a notice from my CC clearing service that they can’t produce invoices because sums are not updated in the cart but only in the payment object.

    Do you have any idea about that?

    We are using virtual coupons for applying discounts, which will work as a normal woocommerce coupon being applied to the cart. Can you please share the details of the plugin (used to create invoice), so that we can have a look on the same.

    It is a private plugin of the clearing company.
    It has no way to be downloaded and no settings exposed to me ??

    So the only thing they need to do is be able to read normal woocommerce coupons ?

    yes, since most of the discounts are applied via coupons (in our plugin) and also in future if you are using any coupons (woocommerce coupons), you need to display the same on the invoice. please ask them to include coupons. thanks.

    Can you think on a reason why they can’t read your coupons?

    Can’t tell anything without knowing any details about the plugin, may be because it don’t support virtual coupons, if by any chance you can share the plugin zip, our team can check the same.
