Other plugin's sound is not working

I plugin at our website not working properly. This is a Christmas Card plugin, available from
https://codecanyon.net/item/christmas-card/778752
The music/sound is not working when the ‘Better WP Security’ is active. Sound starts working as soon as we disable ‘Better WP Security’.
