    Hi

I have a Woocommerce site. The issue we are facing is that occasionally when a user goes to the checkout they are seeing a random previous users name and address repopulated in the checkout.

We are hosting the site with Wp Engine and they have made sure that the checkout page is not being cached.

Does any one know what could be causing the issue and how we can resolve it.

Hi Wayn, this issue is almost always caused by caching. I see you’ve already checked that the checkout page is not cached – please ensure they’ve excluded the My Account and Cart page as well. If possible, also test with caching disabled entirely.

Failing that, it may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
