    Hi,
I recently installed AIO, and created an administrator user.
Then I shared the login credentials to other 4 people that can also act as admins
and I see that they cannot login at all. Only I can.
When they try to access wp-admin/ they receive a:

    Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access this resource.

I am not sure which setting allows for this behavior (or is it built in?)
I am figuring out that unless they have the same IP as I they won’t be allowed to access

    wp-admin/

Is there a way to change this behaviour or should I just inlcude their IP in the whitelist?
(of course I guess that I could create other admin users, instead of sharing the only one credentials with each of them, but I wonder whether this could bring about the same problem if it is done from my IP address).
    Thanks

    Hi,

I think this problem is due to your IP rather than your credentials.
You will need to whitelist their IP’s under the Brute section

any explanation for this? Why is my IP the problem?
My intuition told me that the IP could be the problem, but is there any way to get around that without having to whitelist other IPs?

You can disable the whitelisting by going to Brute force >> Login whitelisting and unchecking the option next to: Enable IP Whitelisting
