    OTP problem

    when logging in the email arrives with IP and user but the email with the OTP code does not arrive.

    from some controls it doesn’t seem to be a problem of mail settings, we send mail every day through our newsletter and everything works perfectly, as from the email sent yesterday inserted the attached screen, the first email arrives, what does not arrive is the OTP code.

    I have sent multiple emails to support but after a first email I have not received a reply.

    We urgently need to be able to solve the problem.

    Sorry to hear about your problems. Unfortunately the issue is likely explained by the same issue detailed here:

    You’re relying on your WordPress site + hosting to send emails. Sure it works sometimes, but not all the time and may break depending on particular email content.

    Shield uses the same system built-in WordPress system for ALL emails. If it works sometimes, but not others, then the system is broken. Please read the article above.

    As to replies, we do our best to respond to all requests, but our resources are prioritised towards our premium clients. But you have all the information in this response that you need to start improving your WordPress email deliverability.

    I repeat the problem is only with the reception of the OTP code for the rest everything works perfectly even sending and receiving emails
