OTP Verification sent by admin approval

    Hi,

    I need to secure my site so no one can see the site unless they fill out a form with their first name, last name and phone number.

    After that, only the admin can approve the OTP Verification to be sent to the phone that was filled out on the form to that user.

    When the user get the OPT he can login to the site and see it.

    Is it possible?
