OTP Verification – telephone number not valid

    the number is not considered valid even if it is.

    for now I have disabled the plugin, too bad because I paid credits for the otp sms and I can’t use the service.

    It seems you are using Registration Magic form.

    Could you please confirm if the type of the phone number field is text or phone/mobile number?

    Also, please confirm if you have entered the phone field label and the New User Meta Key under Add Field to WordPress User Profile section correctly.

    This way, we can confirm if there is an configuration issue.

    sorry if I didn’t answer right away, I tested the plugin several times but the problem is always the same, I also tried to change the mobile phone number setting on RegistrationMagic, the problem is always the same. I’m forced to not have to use that plugin anymore because it doesn’t work.

    Too bad because it worked fine before, probably some update made it incompatible. Anyway thanks for your help.

    I tested the OTP verification functionality on the Registration Magic form and everything is working fine on our end.

    It seems there is some local issue.

    Yes, mobile number.
