otw sidebars jQuery error Sticky is not a function

I do not know anything about jQuery. And I know very little coding, so this error goes way beyond my scope of ability to solve.
I am using the OTW Sidebar plugin and on every page where the plugin is used I get the above referenced error.
Some someone tell me exactly how to fix this?
I would be very grateful.
