What a bad quality! I updated Mail Poet Premium to version 4.33.0, but the problem still persists. The Version 4.24. is still installed.
And yes, I read the kb-article and yes, I updated manually.

Errors like this happen regularly over a period of years!
    That says it all.

Same problem here. Thanks for reporting it first.

Same problem. So it doesn’t come from my WP ?? Quite a good news.

Posting a ticket as a paying customer is prevented by a pointless and broken ReCaptcha configuration. ReCaptcha v2 and v3 on one page. What a nonsense.

    …very professional.

    And hi again @mada99 ????,

Posting a ticket as a paying customer is prevented by a pointless and broken ReCaptcha configuration. ReCaptcha v2 and v3 on one page. What a nonsense.

Could you also share a link to the URL where you are not able to create a support ticket? And maybe a screenshot of the issue you are facing?

I’ll be glad to share this with the product team so that they can fix it.

    Cheers
